Monthly Maintenance

 

Our preventive maintenance programs for water treating systems is offered on a monthly basis schedule. Our highly skilled and certified Tech delivers the product right to your unit. A maintenance label is placed on the inside of the brine tank. Each month our Tech will initial, sign, and date this label with the total amount of pounds of salt delivered. This will allow you to be assured you are receiving the most accurate form of billing.

 

WATER SOFTENERS

•Filling water softener brine tank with salt product to maintain a sufficient level

•Servicing softener head to maintain appropriate time, while observing all moving components for leaks and worn parts

•Verifying backwash time and date for accuracy

•Manually / Visually inspecting all hoses, motors, plungers and by-pass valves

•Inspecting that brine tank drop pipe assembly and float are functioning properly

•Manually proceeding through each cycle to inspect that all are working efficiently

 

MEDIA / MULTIMEDIA FILTER

•Servicing head to maintain appropriate time, while observing all moving parts for leaks and worn parts

•Verifying backwash time and date for accuracy

•Manually proceeding through each cycle to inspect that all are working efficiently•Manually inspecting all motors, plungers, and by-pass valves

 

CONTACT TANKS

•Physically draining contact tanks

•Flushing contact tank to adequately remove any remaining particles

•Manually re-filling contact tank with water and chlorine solution

•Physically testing the water to assure that chlorine levels are sufficient in contact tank

•Final inspection to tank to ensure all valves are opened and no leaks are present

 

LIQUID CHLORINE SERVICE

•Shutting water system down to drain contact tank

•Visual inspection to solution tank level

•Filling chemical holding tank with Clorox and water solution

•Inspecting all hoses and injection taps for leaks and clogging

•Inspecting Stenner Duck Bill for usage wear and tear

•Inspecting chemical feeder pump for any wear and tear

 

CHLORINE PELLET SERVICE

•Shutting water system down to remove chlorine pellet feeder

•Physically removing feeder•Inspecting chlorinator o-ring

•Exchanging feeder with a pre-acid washed feeder

•Filling feeder with Chloride Pellets to appropriate level

•Physically adjusting injection rate for adequate level

 

IRRIGATION SIPHONING

•Replenishing solution tank with chemical and water mixture

•Inspecting inner check valve

•Inspecting and rinsing of inner filter screen

•Inspecting line for bubbles; indicating leaks

•Inspecting lines for debris

 

POOL MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING

•Vacuuming

•Brushing

•Cleaning and Emptying of Baskets

•Checking Equipment

•Cleaning automatic cleaner bag

•Skimming Debris

•Testing water and adding chemicals

•Cleaning filter(s) as necessary
